That looked promising, round midnight from June 09. to June
10. MUF reached very high levels in the middle of the night
when there was BC from UA to DL and DL and OK/OE very loud up
to 108 MHz in UA6. A rare and strange thing. But in the
early morning the nice cloud was gone. Nothing special
happened during the day, MUF was around 60/70 MHz from time to
time.
Later in the afternoon a new cloud appeared in the very
south-western part of Europe and at 17:58 UT EA8 was loud and
clear to north-eastern Spain. While the cloud was moving west
very slowly the boys from south-west France took the chance to
work EA8. Deep QSB and short openings until 19.17 UT also at
the north-coast of the peninsula.
Involved DXCC today: EA8, EA, F
